Before you introduce the CLEAR™ System to your organization or coaching practice, get clear on these three questions. The answers will shape your invitation, your scheduling, your tool selection, and ultimately your results.
The way you invite someone into CLEAR™ coaching communicates the value of what you are offering before they've opened a single tool. It should feel personal, specific, and genuinely honoring. Personalize boldly. Brackets indicate fill-in fields.
The Welcome Energy: The first session sets the emotional contract for the entire relationship. Arrive warmed up, grounded, and genuinely excited about this person's leadership potential. Your energy is the first tool you deploy — before you open a single worksheet.
A well-structured calendar communicates that CLEAR™ coaching is a priority — not an afterthought. Choose your cadence, build it into both calendars, and hold it with the same consistency you are coaching your coachee to bring to their own leadership practices.
